1. Piston and piston ring

The piston with the upward arrow mark on the top should be installed in the direction specified by the mark; If not marked, the small notch next to the vortex pit or piston top pit should be directed towards the side of the injector to ensure that the mixture is evenly mixed. When assembling the piston rings of hydraulic tiller parts, the top with the marks "up", "up", etc., should be facing up; For torsion rings with no markings at the top, the internal notches or chamfers should be facing downward; The chrome ring should be installed on the piston ring in the groove of the previous piston ring.

2. Clutch friction plates, disc springs, brake shoes, bearings

If the length of the two hubs of the clutch friction plate is inconsistent, the two long hubs should be installed opposite each other, otherwise the clutch will not be engaged; If the friction plate is riveted to the slinger ring, the slinger ring should be oriented towards the flywheel to avoid oil contamination. For double-acting clutches that use disc springs as compression elements, the small ends of the two disc springs should face each other to ensure reliable compression of the friction plates.

3. Main bearing cover, bearing pad or bushing

The main bearing cover, body bearing seat and other ordinary hydraulic flip plow parts are processed by boring in pairs. They should be seated according to the pairing mark. It is not allowed to interchange or change the assembly direction at will, so as not to damage the coaxiality and dimensional accuracy of the main bearing housing bore. Bearing bushings or bushings with oil holes should be aligned with the corresponding oil channel holes and bushing holes on the bearing housing to ensure that the lubricating oil path is unobstructed.

4. Cylinder head gasket

If there is an oil hole, it should be aligned with the corresponding oil channel hole on the valve body and cylinder head to avoid dry friction of the valve train on the cylinder head due to oil cut-off. There is no oil channel hole, the shape of the front and rear is the same, depending on the material of the cylinder head: aluminum alloy cylinder head, the curling surface of the cylinder head should be towards the cylinder block; For cast iron cylinder heads, the crimped side of the cylinder head should be towards the cylinder head.

5. Cylinder head bolts

If the hydraulic flip plow attachment bolt has a thick thread at one end and a fine thread at the other end, the coarse threaded end should be screwed into the main body; If the bolt has fine threads at both ends, the shorter end should be screwed into the valve body to ensure that the cylinder head can be compressed.

6. Transmission shaft and transmission chain

The drive forks at both ends of the drive shaft should be located in the same plane to avoid torsional vibration and damage to the drive components. If the transmission chain adopts a spring clip, the direction of its open end should be opposite to the direction of the chain movement, so as not to fall off during the movement.
