1. The flip plow must have a special person responsible for maintenance and use, be familiar with the performance of the subsoiler, understand the structure of the machine and the adjustment method and use of each operation point;

2. Before turning over the plow, the connecting bolts of each part must be checked, and there shall be no loosening. Check the grease of each part, add it in time if it is not enough, and check the wear and tear of the wearing parts;

3. In the plough operation, the subsoiling separation distance should be consistent. The operation should be kept at a constant speed and in a straight line;

4. During the operation, it should be ensured that there is no heavy loosening, no leakage, and no dragging pile;

5. Check the operation situation at any time during the operation, and clean up the machine in time if it is found to be blocked;

6. If there is an abnormal sound during the operation of the flip plow, the operation should be stopped in time, and the operation should be continued after the cause is found out;

7. When the machine is working, when it is found that there is a surge in hardness and resistance, please stop the operation immediately, eliminate the bad condition, and then operate;

8. In order to ensure the service life of the flip plow, it should be carried out slowly when the machine is put into the soil and unearthed, and it should not be forcibly operated;

9. The equipment should be inspected for a period of time, and the fault should be repaired in time.

After the flip plough is adjusted on one side, the other side should also be adjusted in the same way, so as to achieve the effect of turning left and right ploughing depth consistently. This requires us to patiently and meticulously prepare for the operation and grasp the efficiency of the flip plow as much as possible.

Tipping plough maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting

1. Regularly check the confinement of all bolts and nuts.

2. Ensure that the side plate of the plough is kept in good condition, the side plate that is worn out will affect the working performance of the plow, the side plate of this series of plough can be used interchangeably, and the constant force turns over the plow, so as to improve the life.

3. Worn parts may affect the performance of the plow in all aspects, so it is necessary to check and adjust all parts of the plow body frequently.

4. Fill lubricating oil to each lubrication point every 8 hours, especially to ensure the rotation flexibility between the rotating shaft of the plough frame and the suspension frame.

5. Attention should be paid to dust-proof hydraulic parts, mouldboard flip plow, anti-turbidity, and cylinder piston rod should be bumped. When placing it for a long time, pay attention to tightly sealing the pipe joint.

6. Before or after the operation of the pneumatic flipping structure, it must be disassembled, inspected, cleaned and filled with lubricating oil or grease to keep it in good condition.

7. In the process of transportation or progress, the plough should be turned over and slow down when passing through the bumpy road or ditch to avoid damage to the parts caused by excessive bumps and impacts.
