1. Regularly check the confinement of all Ryken plow accessories.

3. Worn parts may affect the performance of the plow in all aspects, so it is necessary to check and adjust all parts of the plow body frequently.

4. Fill lubricating oil to each lubrication point every 8 hours, especially to ensure the rotation flexibility between the rotating shaft of the plough frame and the suspension frame.

5. Attention should be paid to dust-proof hydraulic components, and attention should be paid to collisions with Leiken plows, anti-turbidity, and piston rods of oil cylinders. When placing it for a long time, pay attention to tightly sealing the pipe joint.

6. Before or after the operation of the pneumatic flipping structure, it must be disassembled, inspected, cleaned and filled with lubricating oil or grease to keep it in good condition.

7. In the process of transportation or progress, the plough should be turned over and slow down when passing through the bumpy road or ditch to avoid damage to the parts caused by excessive bumps and impacts.
