The height of the beam from the ground is determined according to the specific ploughing depth, and the larger the ploughing depth, the lower the beam. Then adjust the level of the flip plow rack. The method is to adjust the adjustment bolts at both ends of the plough suspension head frame (some are in other parts), so that the height of the left and right bolts protruding from the beam is consistent. The protrusion height value depends on the specific ploughing depth, the larger the ploughing depth, the more protrusion. With the above adjustments, the lateral level of the plough is basically guaranteed.

Secondly, the longitudinal water increase adjustment, after the completion of the horizontal water level adjustment of the flip plough frame, the longitudinal horizontal adjustment of the plow frame should be carried out in the trial tillage. In the trial tillage, observe whether the large frame (or oblique beam) of the plough is horizontal, if the front is high and the rear is low, causing the large frame body of the plough to enter the soil is difficult or too shallow, the upper tie rod should be shortened; Conversely, the upper tie rod should be extended. At this time, it should be noted that the longitudinal horizontal adjustment is carried out on the premise of ensuring the transverse horizontal state after the transverse horizontal adjustment is completed, and the adjustment is limited to the adjustment of the upper tie rod. If the length of the tie rod of the flipping plough is adjusted, it will inevitably cause the destruction of the transverse level of the whole machine plow frame. At this time, even if the plough frame reaches a horizontal state in one tillage state (e.g., right-turned), it is difficult to ensure that the plow-frame can be in a horizontal state in another tillage state (left-turned).

Ploughing depth adjustment, if it is a plough with height adjustment to control the ploughing depth, it is necessary to adjust the ground wheel screw to adjust the ploughing depth. The turning plough and the hydraulic turning plough are controlled by the single plough rotation work to control the left and right ploughing depth, so the adjustment of the ploughing depth is relatively simple, as long as one side reaches the predetermined ploughing depth, the ploughing depth of the other side is also guaranteed. And some plough types are controlled by double plough wheels to plough the depth of the left and right ploughing, and for these plough types, the ploughing depth of the left and right ploughing should be adjusted respectively.

1. First of all, we must implement the principle of "safety for production, production to ensure safety"; Establish a full-time safety organization, and have full-time personnel responsible for machinery safety management.

2. When operating mechanical equipment such as flip plows, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization, shall not hand over the mechanical equipment to non-local personnel for operation, and it is strictly forbidden for irrelevant personnel to enter the mechanical operation area and operation room. When working, the mind should be concentrated, and it is strictly forbidden to operate after drinking.

3. The driver should be trained before taking up the post, and the relevant personnel should be hired to train the mechanical driver in theoretical knowledge, such as mechanical knowledge, the basic knowledge of various mechanical operations, so that the mechanical driver can understand the general theoretical knowledge of mechanical operation, repair and maintenance, so that the mechanic can be familiar with the general characteristics of the machinery, timely maintenance and repair of the machinery, and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
